Thanks for sharing your chicken corn soup recipe. I live in the UK and couldn't find the sweet corn cream tin so I haven't made it for a long time. I now know how to make the soup base! :)

I'm guessing you are cooking out of Hong Kong. My grandmother who lived in HK used to make the best pork cutlets. She would cut boneless pork into bite size pieces and coat it with flour and spices. Do you have a recipe for this?

My mum cooks sook mai gai tong too, but she just uses egg whites, corn, and spam lol. Taste pretty good, but your recipe looks better! (hope my mum doesn't see this comment haha)

Does blending it make the corn more creamy, or is it just a texture thing? I'll have to try your recipe when I see some cheap corn!
