Suffocation, or asphyxiation, causes 'generalized hypoxia', which occurs when the body is deprived of oxygen. It does not always result in death - it can also cause priapism, seizures and comas. If a man dies from suffocation, blowing oxygen inside him will not do anything because the body would have shut down and would not be capable of pumping oxygen to its' organs.

Again, it is neither. Rain is caused by build ups of moisture on particles in the atmosphere. There is constantly moisture in our atmosphere, and when it cools sufficiently it can condense around small particles and pour down.

This is why animals that are more intelligent and self-aware display more signs of personality and 'emotion'. This is why cows are barely aware that they even exist, and yet chimpanzees display signs of happiness, sadness, show intelligent teamwork amongst themselves, and even care for their own and each others' personal hygene in grooming.

Suffocation, or asphyxiation, causes 'generalized hypoxia', which occurs when the body is deprived of oxygen. It does not always result in death - it can also cause priapism, seizures and comas. If a man dies from suffocation, blowing oxygen inside him will not do anything because the body would have shut down and would not be capable of pumping oxygen to its' organs.
