@persiandream09 An RD 350 will not do 140. I owned one. Not even an XS 650 will do 140. Not even an XJ700XN 700cc with 5 valves will do 140 (It's top speed was 131). I have owned these and been riding with cycleists for many years. If you believe an RD 350 will do 140, you need a reality check.
@persiandream09 Not even the later models of the RD350, such as the RD 350LC, would do 140. It's top speed was listed as 114 mph. It's downright silly to believe the RD350 would do 140. Most 1000cc 4s would not do 140 untill about 1980. Motorcycles changed a lot between 1970 and 1990. Including top speed. As quick as the RD350 was, it would typically top out at less than 120. I suppose going down a steep, long hill for a mile, you might get 116 or 118 out of it. LOL
My built SpecII stage III 84 KR RZ350, would top out at about 140 MPH. It made about 70 HP at the wheels, this was a full on race bike.

and the problem with the old school bikes going at a high speed is wind drag
when you get to about 100mph on a bike that is built as aerodynamic as a brick wall it takes allot of hp to overcome the wind drag
but you place the rd350 engine in a slim ninja 250 frame and you will have a 140mph rd350 kinda LOL .
but this is why allot of the old 2stroke's from the 70s will hang with the new sport bikes in a drag race but can never hang at top speed
