You may be able to polish it out with 4000-6000 grit sand paper. Thats what they use on straight razors.

@007380 Its pitted pretty bad and has already starting to rust again. The bumper and grill are both cheaply made aftermarket. I will eventually replace both. I may try the sandpaper one day if it starts to bug me again before I replace it.
