  • Thanks for posting this,

I can use this for my ICT coursework.

  • @vinniedude107 No one cares about you go and die

Sorry about that that was jack a large, round, obese child awho is quite frankly a nob munch

  • Its great to see people mobilised to post on this subject. ques4us, you make a good point. My understanding is that we can make a huge difference but it must be done right. It is a fact we are very wasteful and our old machines are potentially very useful but dont these people deserve new machines that will last longer and be more reliable as well. Projects must be usustainable, ICT support, infrastructure and training are essential. See the OLPC for a fresh take, its also not for profit :-p

  • wow this is so uplifting

  • A great video! I wish we could organize here, in America and travel there to make an impact. In Chicago, along, we throw away millions of computers, claiming they are old (10-18 months is old to us.)well, we should refurbish and send, no, take them there. [When items are shipped, without escort, they tend to get lost].

  • The Machines Came Much Later.

    is arnold coming back?

these people are smart... but they dont have the normal educations we have in armerica..

god bless everyone for people suffering right now

  • When some people throw away such things as old radios, phones, etc, somewhere in the world the people don't have them to use. We need more projects and fund to bridge the digital divide, to help less developing countries access to IT and modern life, means to give them opportunities for their better life.

  • This video really shows just how different our cultural is from theirs.we get the newest forms of technology made, things that a few years ago we would have never thought could have been made, and yet we still want more. This community in Uganda has virtually nothing in respect to what we have and they live their lives as if they could care less. They have 1 phone and 8 computers in the community, and to them its ike a technological revolution. Its amazing the digital divide between our cultures
