No - so far everyone seemed to be OK with my work :-). I've worked in places though where I've invested a lot of personal energy to make things happen even under difficult conditions, and just got the "official" response back - "it's not personal, even though you've just almost killed yourself".

If you spend such a large portion of your lifetime in a place, there needs to be a different kind of acknoledgement if you ask me.
