  • this song proves what a great job Dan did with TesseracT =) their music and Dan completed each other .

  • why tesseract don't promote this tracks, are so exiting, but i like the other vocals,

  • so fuckin awesome

  • I love this band.

  • The new version is really inferior to the original. I love the weird, almost macabre feeling during the intro.

  • Really glad they extended the opening bass and drum rhythm section on the album version, it's sooo fucking groooooovay!

  • This is so beautiful it hurts!

  • You can tell dude grew up on Mike Patton, which IMHO, is a wonderful thing. This is brilliant.

  • Some1 help me please! Love this band, too...

But I'm russian and just don't understand the text ov this amazing song. And can't find lyrics anywhere... Maybe you can help me find, or just write out text.)))))))

    I would be very grateful!

  • @HELIATROS Hi mate - this is Abi, ex-Tesseract front man, and melody/lyrics writer on this version :-) The lyrics are: The lyrics are: I'm not tense... it all looks grey, and not quite real... From my ledge I contemplate the fall... Oh.. You play with minds, but I feel fine - You know you will not ever break me This is only silence; the violent space between the breakdowns. Sending hot, hot rush of blood heading to the vein. It's not denial... I'm reeling - More....
  • Can't you figure out what you cry about, cause it's nothing that I said.

The trip before the fall; the roll before the lightning...

Send a hot, hot rush of blood, straight into my veins.

    ---

    Oh....

    It's not denial, i'm feeling fine -

You know it takes more than that to break me.

Can't you figure out, what you cry about, 'cause it's nothing that I said.

  • I like how the bass has more *UMPH* in this version ^_^

  • 0 people dislike april.

  • i like this version way more

  • @mohammer> back on time I remember I've listened to the first version of the april song with attila, I think it was on a forum, but I can't find it anywhere on the net now, as you have the sunrise and nascent version with attila, maybe you also have the april song with him ?

I'm a bit disapointed by the new singer dan, the more tesseract change their singer, the less I like...

  • What the hell just happened at 5:49?

  • Saw this live! Twas epic to the max!

  • Wow, they sure must be influenced by Meshuggah.

    And almost by PERIPHERY !!

  • @clems6belio mmmmmm I think Tesseract were already playing before Periphery, im not sure... I got to listen Tesseract and become a fan in early 2007... But what I can say is that the new vocalist its quite awesome, but for some reason, I miss the old singer x( Cheers bro x)

  • @Spongierocks Maybe, I don't know, I know Misha Mansoor started to post his songs on Sounclick in 2005, so you can be right ^^.

    But both are amazing ^^

  • @clems6belio the stuff he started posting in 2005 wasnt periphery it was his old band bulb... so technically your wrong:P

  • WHY IS HUGH GRANT SITTING IN THE MIDDLE?

  • @musicus77 Cause they're British x)

  • together with my past comment, skip to 2:32, he's got 4 different things going on at once...just amazing coordination, that cymbal work is orgasmic

  • Sounds very close to Faith no More

  • Sounds ALOT like Fredrik Thordendal's "Sol niger within" #1. But I love it haha

  • @SlapmybassRicky yea these guys must be influenced by Meshuggah/ Fredrik

  • @SlapmybassRicky Yeaaah RIGHT !

  • this is a fucking groovy drummer, up there with the likes of Haake for sure...my only beef is for these guys to release the damn album already

  • @MetallicOpeth next Month!!! :D with new vox

  • Is it just me, or is the intro bass line EXACTLY like Fredric Thordendals "The beginning of the end of extraction"

  • @RealityBend Not EXACTLY, but yeah extremely similar. I like this version better.

  • Bit like a band called Porcupine Tree

  • @cisco9x ha ha really not to my ears

  • @cisco9x

Nor mine! PT are great though.

  • @cisco9x I absolutely love that band. Best! Aswell as tool,.

  • The Best Band Ever !

    Love This Song.

    Caos Emergente - Recarei, Portugal

  • not you but I like more the old Tesseract

  • This song with Dans Vox is going to single-handedly transcend the human race into a higher consciousness

  • @TriviumSamurai it did indeed.

  • this is really awsome stuff

  • just like TEXTURES!!!

  • @Snakeskinsaddle

it's not I like textures in my opinion, they are actually totally different 'cause Textures is way heavier. But have to say that their styles are quite similar. Both bands are really awesome :D *5 stars

  • great tune
