its not quite right... cause, basically, your hands are making it look more difficult..... dont try to play the E chord with the same hand shape...... rather i find its easier to just use your middle finger... that way you dont have to slide for it....

and i think the rythym looks choppy... mainly because as i said, your sliding your whole hand to make that E chord.... simplify.... guita is about making it look EASY... because if it looks easy..... it is ;)

Your way of playing looks easier by staying on the E and A string. I play it by going to the E- A and D string.
