I'm in this one legal case where the other side are pulling lies left and right (even under oath in depositions) idc care bc the reason this whole thing is where it is is because of other parties that have yet to be criminally prosecuted When this criminal case materializes, I must make sure NONE of that happens because this is real pain and damages. Who knows, if and when this case is PUBLIC, I'll comment here again but the people in the latter have extremely serious impending criminal charges
Are there limitations on evidence you can present at trial because you didn't present a preliminary argument?
