Yeah.. as a guy that works in the package delivery industry.. Fact of life is.. boxes get dropped. Not every one of them, but they get dropped. Just like dishes do when you are washing them. That's why it's always best policy when packaging something, especially when it's fragile, to package it good enough so if you were to push the box off your kitchen counter it's containments are unharmed.

Just a FYI for you people out there that expect undamaged packages to be shipped. =)

Fedex damaged my product in shipping even when it was properly packaged. The box was crushed and then they leave it on my porch.

I Had to jump through hoops in filing a claim, the claim was not correctly documented... The claim was denied so now we will go to court.

Fedex, never again...

Maybe the FedEx guy who handled your package lost the previous FigurePrint drawing round? I just won a round but I have to wait for the money to transfer from my account to PayPal... Hope mine won't look like that... It has to be shipped abroad, so more chances for mishaps...

Those figures look like shit, they look like they are covered in dust. I realize this 3d printing technology is relatively knew but damn you would think they could get a decent printer that didnt look like shit. Im sorry your figure was broken, but im even more sorry that you paid that much for a dust covered peice of shit.

Keep in mind these are not maquettes. Yeah, it could use more polish or enamel after the fact. But otherwise a pretty good quality 3-D print. (But what do I know, I've never seen or held something reproduced on a 3-D printer before.)

The replacement print arrived recently completely unharmed with a tad bit more bubble wrap than the original. I still wish I was a fly on the wall at FedEx tho.

i was just wondering if it was fedex ground or fedex express..... i would have to admit that fedex ground treets their packages differently than fedex express... fedex ground emplys are "contractors" not true emplys. And some of the drivers are not even employed by fedex ground but someone who ownes the trucks and routs.
