  • I'm making it right now.. Lol

  • lolololol I'm laughing from joy I just had my surgery 5weeks ago but I have been wanting pizza like crazy so thanks sooooo very much for this :)

  • how often do u make this

  • freakin awsome!

  • This sounds great I love C bacon so I think that I would use that instead of the meatballs and I would use the sugar free sauce you can not tell a big difference between the sugar free and the regular. I agree with you it would probably be better to use the low fat cheese if you want it to melt bettter.

Thank You so much for this recipe I would never have thought of this on my own.

I am going to have the kids make this as a afternoon snack!

  • so yummy!

  • My grandmother came up with a recipe for a healthy pizza.

She used a whole wheat tortilla & put a little light cooking spray on a baking sheet. Then she covered the top with a thin layer of sauce, & covered it with skim cheese. Then she put on some grilled sliced chicken breats & whatever veggies you want & baked it for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees. It was very very good.

  • oh wait..just seen that it was ok for soft foods, lol..thanks so much for this!

    OXOX

  • this sounds so good!..is this ok to have in the soft food stage!..omg my stage starts friday i cant wait, lol..xoxo

  • Sounds pretty tasty; I will try it. On another note, and I hate to digress, but you are storybook-beautiful, and that was why I watched the vid.

  • Sounds great i got to try that when i get to that stage!!! your so smart! lol

  • Tolerant? YES! Wow. I'd have puked.

  • Thanks for the recipe! I'm a college student, not really trying to lose weight (but could stand to lose a few lol), and definitely wanted pizza and this recipe helped alot (since i didnt want to order pizza..too expensive). i'm a vegetarian so instead of using frozen turkey meatballs i found some vegetarian pepporoni-like things and it was great. thanks :)

  • hi taun - just checkin' in on all the divas via the bloggedy-blogs...

re: the pizza recipe thang: michelle used to make pita pizzas when she was on weight watchers...pretty similar to your engie muff recipe, but she would split a whole wheat pita round in half and then use one round as the crust...she loaded it up with veggies too - to "up" the fiber factor - mushrooms and scallions and such....but at this point i would avoid the veggies for you cuz the fiber and acidity might upset your tummy!

  • Hi I kinda fell on this video...I didn't have a GB but I just wanted to say you are a gorgeous gal (lazy day or not!) and best wishes with your new lifestyle! :-)

  • Sounds great! I love english muffins with peanut butter and sugar-free honey, too! Another great item to try are the mini square bagels. I can't eat even a whole half, but they are wonderful!

  • that's a good pizza plan! glad it helped your craving. So was this your first 'food' after soft liquids? a tsp of sauce on a bit of cottage cheese is a good 'lasagna' taste too!

  • Well, after liquids I went to soft foods - so deli meat, chili, cottage cheese (mmm) and so forth. Ricotta cheese is on my list too, so maybe I'll try your warm cheese & sauce idea with that! Thanks for the tip!

  • omg, i can totally see your weight loss today. I have had the english muffin pizza.. its awesome.. yay!!!

  • Thanks, D...and thanks for your video and the pizza inspiration!

  • The pizza sounds wicked. I'll have to try that. You know, I was just watching some of your music videos, by the way, so awesome! But, something kind of occurred to me. You have reminded me of someone this whole time...Dawn French. She is the most fantastic British actress. A comedian to boot. You just look alot like here to me. Love her. Anyhow, I'll give that a go sometime. As soon as I can get my booty moving to get a good cam and mic (mine suck), I'll put my own vids up. Lol. Ta love!

  • Dawn French? I'll have to get a black wig and take a look...she's great! Hope you like the recipe, and thanks so much for watching. :)
