  • its unfair how the US get awesome police cars like this and in UK we are stuck with shitty vauxhalls and skodas :(

  • @yirmawsdug Lol UK doesnt have as violent criminals as we do.

  • Wow it appears to have no lateral lighting...

  • take off rim caps they look better

  • @LietuvaSlapelis

    No, that would look ghetto.

Why do people do that? Trying to make their cars look like unmarked police cars?

  • @kenny1309 it looks good on police cars and then no one will steal them if you're in the city

  • @LietuvaSlapelis

PUTTING black metal rims on it is better.

Taking the rims off? NO way!

  • To those of you who say that you hate cops: OK then, lets see how our country runs without police.

  • Buffalo in GTA4

  • that is one bad ass lookin car

  • What brand siren is that?

  • @LoneWolfATL federal signal ms4000

  • @LoneWolfATL sorry, ms4000u (undercover)

  • @LoneWolfATL the one that goes "weeeeeeee wooooooooohhhh, weeeeeee woooooohhhhh"

  • black chargers with black rims look sick

  • you must have a lot of friends.

  • Someday your ignorant ass will be saved by an NYPD officer.

    Think about it, dirtbag.

  • I have my own guns, so I dont need the Police. Someday an NYPD pig will be saved by me! Its the only real reason why ignorant people like you dont see the truth. The truth why local government are starting to make guns illegal. So we can feel like we need there help. With Terrorism on the rise now, people will want thier own protection, you will see. Guns will make a comeback! Be ready!!!! Fuck Face!

  • Wow you're a true piece of shit. I'm well aware of the current situation in the world, am conservative and own numerous weapons capable of tearing a human body in half. I'm well practiced with these weapons and trained with tactics.

Having weapons in your possession scares me quite honestly if you don't have respect for an LEO nor want to work with them.

It's one thing to want to work along side law enforcement, it's a complete different thing to despise law enforcement.

  • Oo such a tough guy.

  • Hubcap wheels?

  • CA code is stupid! I mean hoe hard is it to put a solid red light in a car? You can buy spot lights with red filters for hunting and they can run off you engine.

  • and this is why i run when i see chargers, even if don't think they are cops...

still not nearly as fast as my CBR 600RR

  • On CA police cars, do you need to keep the red solid light on at all times? Even when not on a call?

  • Not that I am aware of. I belive the solid red is only when you light em up.

  • CA Veh. Code states that the solid burning lit lamp must burn steady if it is deployed for an emergency use. You can have a multiple array of others lit at the same time, however, once you activate the forward facing emergency lights, they must be accompanied by a solid burning red lamp at the same time.

  • True. For those familiar with public safety and emergency lighting, when ever you browse catalogs or online for lights. You will see an option for lightbars and window mounts called "CA steady burn". This law applies to all emergency vehicles in CA.

  • No, CA law states any emergency vehicle (aside from like FBI and that because Federal is expempt as they may be in California one week, Virginia the next, and Nevada the next) must have 1 solid burning LED light in the front visible for up to a mile away when running lights on. basically all it needs is a single red light in front and it's good for lighting according to CA code, though all the time, it's more than just that, so you will see the car easier

  • weak sauce

  • how much did it cost u for that setup not including the siren

  • Comment removed

  • hmmm....apparently, you have never driven a new charger...talk about something you know like, middle school shit... cause you are like thirteen, right?

  • why cant i see the video

    wanting new friends 68

  • what sirens are these?

  • Federal Signal MS4000U

  • thanks. how do u know all this, do u work for any police agensies?

  • and i can't find it on youtube. and i meant agencies, my bad

  • This isn't a cop driving this car. This company is filming there products.

  • @mhs411 no shit shirlock

  • here we go again with the crying

    "wahhh my tax money wahhhhh"

  • wow ur a tool

  • why the red lgiht that stays on??

  • in california they have to have one light that is steady on like that

  • thanks, I was wondering why it was like that! :)

  • thats how detective cars are, the fbi's are like that too

  • but wouldnt someone think they are responding cuz the slicktop lapd cars when they are responding only have a steady burn and wig wags.

  • idk, i guess thats just how they make them then cos i dont live in LA, but I know that some detective and FBI cars they have a steady lighting feature too, especially wen in Park, and also the Sheriff's here in FL, the new Whelen Clear LED lightbars they use, the lights on each end stay on when startionary, just one red at the end, and one blue at the other end, just the lights at the end

  • our town has 2 chargers i got pulled over by one while riding dirt bike on gravel road and got a free ride in it to the cop shop :-D

  • hahaha, that was hilarious! nice

  • That is deathly terrifying! my heart would stop if i heard that noise and saw that car behind me!!

  • nice tomar in the back

  • sounds like a ms4000U

  • +1

    It's definitely the MS4000U

  • I take it this is in California (due to the steady burn red light)

  • What does that indicate?

  • stop? pull over? lol

what else does flashing red and blue lights mean? haha retard.

nah but a steady red is required by law for a police car in the state of ca for you to pull over. if you think about it. you dont have to pull over unless you see a steady red light. but, a steady red light is all thats needed to pull you over.

  • Aight then.

And I was only asking about the steady red illumination; I don't live in CA, I live in FL. Things aren't the same here in terms of law enforcement procedures. = )

  • and thats what i replyed about? i do live in ca, my dad is a cop and hes alyways buyin shit off the internet to put in his personal car. but florida has some awesome highway patrol cars ive seen a couple corvettes befrore outfitted beautifuly :)

so how are those 16 yr old girls doin that beat up thier friend? hahaha fl girls rock! :P

  • What I meant was that you seemed to throw out a satirical remark of "what else does flashing red and blue lights mean? haha retard." ...

    And sure, fl girls rock.

  • well?

common sense isnt so common anymore. :P

especially girls beatin up thier frind. haha

  • The NYPD is testing both versions of the Charger. The Hemi is being used by Highway Patrol in marked slick top and unmarked versions (both for highway use and very effective for it) while the V6 is being used as a standard full light bar RMP at precincts. As far as I know, the regular cops aren't liking it. It's too weak and too bulky to operate. Plus the engine blows on them. The Highway guys love theirs.

  • myślałem że to jest u nas w jednostce BOR na placu pod tymi garażami I thought that this is polish secret service

  • these are cool, in england we have to put with astras and if were lucky we get a volvo lol

  • hahaha

  • The Volvo's don't look that bad...could you imagine a Charger busting down the streets in the UK!?

  • next one will be ferrari or dodge viper its ok some pays taxes :) but i dont think bussines nd rich people does only who ever is labour

  • our tax dollars hard at work...

  • i have these in my town.

i got a speeding ticket from a cop in a blue one.

he was swerving all over the road so i didnt think twice that it was a cop.

  • yeah u gotta watch out i saw one in my town doing a full search but it had like billions of lights more than this one

  • Markmarkdude, Are they doing traffic enforcement in unmarked cars? Isn't this an issue? If there is a car behind you with just red & blue lights, but not emblems, how can you even be sure it's law enforcement? I don't know where you are from, but I would imagine most police agencies have better uses for their unmarked cars than traffic enforcement.

  • yea there detectives cars

  • if you have a car with red and blue flashing lights behind you that means pull over...we use alot of unmarked cars for traffic

  • north carolina highway patrol is now using the dodge charger hemi and they are unmarked. however, in north carolina, the highway patrol only uses blue and white lights, no red....red is for fire and ems

  • States that have issues about posers like here in GA, Ohio, and many others have stopped using unmarked cars from routine traffic law enforcement and they are Just going to slick tops. It is unfortunate but a result of understaffed PD's already having a challenging time enforcing the current traffic laws to focus on preventing lighting missuse. A lack of responsiblity in the public for the most part...

  • i saw 1 of those sitting on the side of the road with 1 of dem police mirror things that go on the side of the car,he was trying to catch a drunk, this was 2 days ago on the freeway to clackamas town center in oregon

  • thats not the smart siren...

  • Like any detective would need or even want a high profile car like this. I would much rather have a taurus or a car that doesnt scream "i'm a cop with my tinted windows". This car would suck for surveillance.

  • umm...actualy i don't think most people would relate a charger as being a cop car and my chrysler has tinted window...and millions of other cars

  • Imagine the new Dodge Challenger as a police car!!

  • huh ?? what do u think they are ?

  • ss2000 federal signal siren is the best thing in siren/law enforcement history

  • the red light staying on all the time so 70's its 2007 almost 08 that needs to go get some light bars or somthing thats wht take people so long cause they cant see a steal red light all the time thats what we have LED flashers for.... officer smith.. winston -salem north carolin police depertment

  • We have the Charger to;but we have the lights on the roof instead of the window.

  • yeah am not an american car fan but the chargers in toronto are scary fast am sure they are pushin more than 250hp cuz those chargers can do 0-60 in well under 6.5secs

  • poor cops still have slow cars 0-60 in barley 6.5 seconds with a good drive pulls 1/4 mile in 14.8 the time of 1995 mustanh 5.0s lol time to updat PoPo!

  • 0-60 in under 7 is not bad son... if you have ever noticed that people who run from cops are 90% of the time in crap cars that can barely get upto 60mph... The others in their speedy cars, well, thats why you have a radio and spike strips and a helicopter...

  • whats up with the red light staying on all the time ??

  • California Title XIII mandates that all emergency vehicles be equipped with at least one solid front facing red lamp that is viewable from 1000 feet.

  • dats what im talkin about to man that ish has got to go 07 it's LEDlights and LED light bars

  • needs more lights, lol

  • is it possible to become a detective right after training with a university degree or something?

  • get an undercover bimmer, thatd be the shit!

  • too bad it's a v6, and very nice that in kansas they have the 5.7, but here in california they have the original daytona 6.1, so sorry jesuscanrap, cobras have no escape from chargers, unless you have a NOS system.

  • I dont know. I think a superchaged 04' cobra would leave a charger. Id like to see the two in action though.

  • Beautiful, but I think a little more lighting in the rear would top it off.

  • awesome, police sirens are music to my ears

  • same

  • Now that is an unmarked cop car that I wouldn't recognize until it is too late.

  • thats a nice car, and with it undercover like that, it's hard to see it, i know CHP has a couple of Nissan Maximas that look normal but light up like crazy

  • Damn you guy all are so lucky to be police. I want to drive one of those someday

  • too bad they wont catch my cobra =D

  • too bad it's a v6. here in kansas the state troopers have the 5.7l

  • Nice setup! You should do a video with the charger using all the siren tones. Example: wail, yelp, priority & air horn.

  • What do you guys do with the chargers you outfit this eqipment with?

  • We deliver them to the agency, and it is put into service.

  • CROWN VIC ALL THE WAY !!

  • no kidding, these chargers are ugly IMO, big and gaudy, they have like 250hp, witch is more than the crown vic, but i'm betting they're a lot heavier

  • these new chargers aint ugly, they look great like a muscle car crossed with a full size sedan

  • actualy the police package come with the hemi, witch is 340hp and they arn't heaver then the crown vic...i think it was motor trend that did a story on the crown vic, charger, and impalla police cars. thats how i know its lighter.

  • They actually offer two different motors for the police package Charger, one is the high output 3.5V6 and the other is the 5.7V8. (I only know this because my PD is looking into buying them and there is some dispute over the engine size. You all know what we're pushing for!

  • is that a code 3 siren

  • It's Federal Signal

  • You would think twice about running seeing those mean machines in your mirror. Damn i want one lol

  • hey in ross township in pittsburgh ,pa we have a doge charger in two cloors in our police department
