Show them, let them at it even when its not great, stop it a bit later add in a few improvements and corrections, let them at , and carry on like that etc etc. let them work it out, dont patronise them and encourage....
im a level 1 coach and them players look bored as hell lol the coach should spice it up abit so they stay awake. you not going to learn to much in 5m of the play area lol
Great Coach but drills like this always confused the f out of me until the 5th or 6th time.Being a Flanker was easy money,get to the loose ball,set up,back up,tackle,tackle,tackle.

Poor coaching shown here! The list is endless:
- No Demo,
- Info overload
- H&S too close to watching coaches
- Shouting endlessly
The list goes on!However, a good practice that can be used as warm up etc
