you need to race from a roll and see how that goes cause yes they are both FWD but the honda is not a torque machine the same as the maxima, things probably would have been different for a roll, maybe not, but its possible - good runs though - RSX driver knows how to shift (not the first time though but it happens to all of us eventually lol)
I love Honda and have always loved Honda..... But I just bought my first Nissan 2002 maxima GLE and I can tell you that stock for stock a 5.5 gen max is way faster than a stock rsx -s.
I haven't left Hondas forever though I still have my 04 CBR600rr :)
the guy in the rsx seems like he knows how to drive just the maxima's 246 ft/lbs of TORQUE something honda/acura would not know much about. oh and btw 95's had 3.0s in them and no matter how hard you try a rsx will never walk a maxima 3.5. that was a 2002 which came with the vq35 and a 6 speed (optional)

Overgeneralization. The bottom ends and heads are the same. The induction systems are very different and so is the factory tune, espcecially with regard to intake cam timing and ignition timing advance. That makes all the difference.

AMEN! Basically Maxima's are overrated, those 3.5L engines are 350Z and G35 engines .. if you turbo them you have insane speed

Nice races,maxima pulls everytime what year maxima?Rsx with those mods dont add anypower,verylittle if any,reflash or kpro will do the trick.
