I was at a party where someone brought over Vampires saying it was the best Vampire movie ever. 10 people forced to watch it... 7 people fell asleep the 3 people that stayed awake were hateful of the movie. Including me. We hated it so much to this day 10 years later, we won't let him forget how bad Vampires was. I really dislike 90% of John Carpenter movies and he's highly overrated.

Not sure if psychoanalysis is Professor Bruce's forte, but he might want to try psychoanalyzing Demented Guy just for fun. XD Demented Guy reminds me of me...except I don't eat bugs. I play with them. There was a katydid at work the other day and it had a mouth attached to its face!

I like the guy with the sawed-off shotgun in 'Vampires'. Of course, he dies. My favorite characters always die. Roger from 'Dawn of the Dead' (1978). Ben in 'Night of the Living Dead' ('68 and '90). That one guy from that one movie. Imagine using drop-forged silver buckshot against vampires! That would rock! I bet that's what Blade uses. There was this one vampire movie I saw with Bon Jovi in it and he had a stake-launcher. Not sure if it was pneumatic or if it used a spring-loaded spigot.

@IggyHazard The Bon Jovi movie is VAMPIRES- LOS MUERTOS, supposedly a sequel to this movie. I think his stake gun was supposed to be pneumatic, it did hiss when it fired, as I recall.
