This is a great recording. Best I have heard di Stefano, there are so many worn recordings out there. It is such a shame that such brilliance is so neglected today. the range, the control, the emotion, so artistically turned, but with the heart of love in his voice. So many have forgotten what the touch of genius is like, and it is a great thing that this can be heard by even the few who are aware of this gifted man.
