Ok I'll help u all out I am 82con so I'll try and help you save money, I advise getting demon butler lodes of oak logs and lodes of cash, then note all ur oak logs and bring cash and house teletabs then get demon to unnote then to go to saw-mill then when he arrives teleport to your house then repeat, doing this makes him bank your planks for free, then when u have 100k+ oak planks you note them and use normal butler to unnote, it is very hard to use demon butler for oak doors!!! He too fast

for the getting to level 75 from level 40 part I find it is faster to make oak dining room tables on the work bench because it is the same amount of xp and planks yet you can choose to make 6 each load with out having to keep removing the larder, then drop the flat packs while waiting for your servant.

@runedude2000 It would actually be cheaper to make the planks yourself then run. That way you're only getting charged the bank fee so you don't need to carry as much money (74-99 is about 50M for planks :P)

The Sacred Clay Hammer will cut your construction time in half and also the costs.. Its easy to get, and its very fast exp, especially in the lower levels (about 1-50) I'm 48 construction, and gaining a level every 3 runs =D
