Hey there, Subbing means they're at least bilingual not multilingual. Just because they know japanese doesn't mean they know spanish, yah know?

I'd figure if I were mad there'd be some indication... Like CAPS LOCK, Exclamations, more aggressive wording, or something. Simply pointing out how insane it is to expect the subbers to have known that. It's rare enough for people to understand two languages well enough, asking for much more is just getting your hopes up.

@nagual1992 well i got my "hopes up" because they put Prima Bella, which obviously is not English, so if they were translating into some other language they should've at least investigated that word, i'm not saying they have to know ALL the vocabulary in other languages other that Japanese and english, you know. just get that word right. and Sorry if I thought you got mad. many people don't put CAPS LOCK or exclamations to show that they're mad. sometimes is the wording. so, sorry ^^

In my opinion the only reason ppl watch the dubs is because nowadays ppl are used to it because of the animes on tv. Bleach and Naruto for example so they automatically chose dubs.

@JakeWearsJeans94 Yes they do. Animes are always better in japanese because the character's voice suits them. With the dubbed version sumtimes the characters get stuck with ppl who are very awkward if you ask me. And the sentences that go across the screen are slow enough to read them. If you can't read them then you shouldn't be old enough to be watching the anime anyways.

@ShottySniperz401 Well this is true, for a good chunk of English dubs. But there are some dubs that actually measure up to the Japanese dub and voices match their characters. Some even surpass the subs. Examples of dubs that measure up to subs: Cromartie High School Haruhi Suzumiya Full Metal Panic Martian Successor Nadesico Shows that surpass subs: Trigun Cowboy Bebop Baccano! Wolf's Rain Check all these shows out if you haven't already. These may show some American VA's have the talent.

@JakeWearsJeans94 I agree with you that some Dubs are fantastic :) Its just to me anime seems more natural and more interesting in Sub. Full Metal Panic the Dub of Souske is very good. Although I would have to disagree with you saying that Dubs surpass the Subs. They might measure up to it but they are not better. This is my opinion tho so to others it might be true :)
