@catkong7 Gary Numan recorded a song called The Angel Wars, which has a bizarre likeness to it. In fact it sounds the same. On the DB introduced series the musician is someone I've never heard of. But supposing Numan gave the tune and Bowie sang over it? It is a mystery I would love to get to the bottom of.

@paulwady ah ive had some luck. Supposedly nick amour and andy carrol made the song played in this video. have no luck finding the actual song in full though :( It appears to be one of those rare gems thats hard to get your hands on.

You're So Cool, from True Romance, Hans Zimmer (the same from Caribbean Pirates). In the film True Romance the name is "Beach Song" or something like this.

@305chonga the show was running on the chiller channel (its like syfy channel) for a while,haven't found it online except to purchase the dvd,but it's from A story written by Robert Aickman of the same title (The Swords) in his collection of short storys "Cold Hand in Mine" I highly recommend it,try your local library.
