The way that works for me is to put your front foot pointing a little bit in the middle and the back foot like a front shove. But instead of focusing on the shove focus on scooping the board to go over itself but with a little angle. Bring the front foot up with it very light straight up and as soon at the board starts to come through your legs open your front leg up and bring it out a little so the board can go through them.
