How horrible. There IS such a thing as a good remake of a good song, and unfortunately, this is not one of them. This version is sterile bubblegum devoid of all warmth and heart, two things that made Peter Schilling's original special. I like STG, but a gold painted turd is still not gold and still smells as bad.

@michellin111 The lead female singer in this song is NOT Carah Faye Charnow but is in fact SIsely Treasure. Sisely was with the band during the period Carah was off doing "her own thing". Personaly I think Sisely is the better of the two but the band is what it is and for now that is with Carah Faye as the lead female vocals.... Bummer....

Absolutely the most powerful live shot video (not the theatrical crap) I have ever seen. My hat is off to the director and anyone else affiliated with this production. The band is loaded with talent and a lead woman to die for.

Well, I just learned that Sisely is out and Carah Faye is back in as of last week. I only know this band with Sisely and quite frankly I think this change really really sucks big time. I've searched around a bit and heard a few songs with Carah Faye as lead. She is good but for my tastes Sisely is the better lead. Hummmm. sometimes life can throw nasty curve balls and this is one of them.......... Bummer.....

How does this video only have 37,500 and some views after 10 months? It is a great video, Sisely has a great voice as well as being outright gorgeous and remake or not the song is a classic superbly performed. It has everything needed to have a hundered times more views than it does. Oh well it really seems that there is no accounting for the "unwashed masses"!!

you know this really is a very good visual performance that is equally well produced. The opening scene of Sisely approaching the microphone in black shilouete is very dramatic. The rest of the rest of the video just grows from there. If it existed I'd like to see the camera track of Sisely's "dance" troughout the performace, quite the posing in what is seen.... I still think that he audio production is a bit lacking compared to the studio version and the mixing was sub-standard.

It is good but I definetely prefer the studio version. Somehow to me this is just not "clean enough". The guy who sings second vocals doesn't seem to be on tune in this performance and the microphone balance isn't right, Sisely's vocals aren't prominent enough.

I think that listening to this video on their website gives a much more authentic, powerful feel. The sound quality might not be as clear, but the ambient sounds are much more pronounced.

If you watch the live "Goliath Festival" video, in the first minute there are several very clear reasonably close-up shots of Sisley's inside forearms and there are no equivalent marks whatsoever. Perfect complexion all round in fact! I suppose she could have used a heavy covering make-up but if that were the case you would think she would have "covered-up" for this "offical" performance.

So, I don't get it. Is this real or not? Is this actually a recorded live? Or did they just use playback. Because, on one hand, there are a lot of bits here that aren't in the recorded version (like Chad Petree singing), but on the other hand a lot of it sounds fake, like Sisely's singing, the drumming, the overall acoustics, and the crowd sounds pretty fake as well.
