I think that if you have bought whatever it is that you are downloading once it should be fine, I am proud to say I used pirate bay to get myself a copy of stronghold after my disc got so old the plastic actually broke when I put it in my drive but is that REALLY piracy? I mean I did own it but my copy died on me through decay of product and I still had it installed, it was only the fact that it requires the disc to run the game that made me use pirate bay to get it.
