The casual reviews are much better...gives us a better look how a player plays and the cons and pros....much better including it helps us to see a normal look at the controls and start menu...and makes us a comment too :p

Liking the look of this game a lot.

Personally, I prefer the 2 minute, polished reviews. This is a bit too reminiscent of the amateurs on YouTube who spend five minutes explaining everything in the options menu before getting into what the game is like.

Awesome! Great to see another hands-on. It's a refreshing change of pace, and it's much easier for me to get a feel for the game. Not to say that I don't like the original format of course.

I don't really like this format. The good thing about Appspy is that I can just go to youtube and check it out very quickly about a game. I get most of the info I want in a very concise, right to the point review. I mean, there are a tons of "casual hands-on" on the Youtube already. I guess I can see the appeal for some people, but sadly it's not what I'm looking for. :/

@fabriciofla Then you can simply avoid the previews or skip through them sans-sound :) Previews are by their nature simply first-impressions, trying to formalize them would be kind of weird and having just game sounds can be boring. That said I can always do pure gameplay vids if people request them on previews enough times.

Personally I think that the scripted videos are more informative and for those of us that don't have the luxury of time, those are the best for me.

This hands on one does show you in a different light though.... as long as videos were well labelled :)

@probotnemesis Well that's really the point though - having both varieties of videos gives viewers a choice on what they prefer. With time I hope people get a good mix of both going on, though reviews will remain strictly formatted - waffle just doesn't have a place there :)

Nice preview my friend. My only suggestion is to try not to smack your lips like you did in the first half of the video. Pinch yourself every time you do it :P It can get annoying to the viewers. (or maybe its just me, kind of a pet peeve :P )

Yeah when you died you actually went through the wall. So that's a nice glitch they would need to fix. Also as for the enemies getting in your way when they die. I think it would help if you went through their bodies but can land on top of them.

Much better than the last time. I think the more you try this format, the better you'll get. I liked how your voice was calmer and more collected, except for right at the end when it went crazily high :D I'm not trying to force you into a monotone or crush the character of your voice - I guess it's more like keeping a video camera steady.

But yeah, great work, great improvement. You've won me over on this format.

@MagneticLehrak They have preview videos and review videos. This is more casual nice on the spot videos where Andrew will run through a game like a first view, the other videos are staying with scripts and great content. This is just a little extra videos, I love the new content. But you don't like these don't worry as reviews will still stick around.
