thornton changed the look of the kings when he put that jersey on....much respect to the dude.....he brings toughness and you can tell he wants everybody on the team to play like that....tyreke needs to learn some of that from thornton to push his team mates to play hard and play at a high level to be a king.....Go KINGS...we bangin on everybody next season...if their is goin to be a season.

I see many future All-Stars... Think about it, Tyreke, DeMarcus, Marcus. And now Jimmer. Matter of fact, they're starting to remind me somewhat of the Celtics.... Tyreke as Rondo, needs to be getting assists instead of shooting so often, because his shooting touch is like Rondo's. Marcus Thornton's shooting like Ray Allen's. DeMarcus as Kevin Garnett. And a better group of people than them to add to that. Not sure where Jimmer fits in yet, but we'll find out soon enough....

I mean, dalembert like tyson chandler, Marcus thornton as Jason Terry, John salmons as Caron Butler? I like this lineup, use Marcus Thornton as a Jason Terry type player, and play Tyreke at the point sometimes and if Dally decides to leave i hope they sign a quality big man like Chandler or Nene.

jimmer and thornton can both either start or be a spark off the bench, and i feel like crunch time throw reke on the small forward and all 3 can be in there, defense might be rough but thorntons an underrated defender and jimmer will prove to everyone he can play d. offensively, give em some time to mesh and thats unstoppable, reke with two savy lights out shooters lol makes me laugh thinking about it

Nice mix. Thats the kings future right there. As long as Tyreke can stay healthy and Cousins stays focused, good things are bound to come our way. Btw, I do think Thornton would make a great sparkplug off the bench but I still believe you start the best players. Besides Tyreke, there is obviously not a better guard on Sac than Thornton so he needs to start.

But man, if Cousins becomes the force down low he can be with a backcourt of Tyreke/Thornton, the rest of the league better watch out

@Jasminbaum thornton on the bench? sorry, but i'd rather have tyreke on the bench. thornton showed that he is much more productive than tyreke on the floor. I wouldn't mind trying thornton at the point even. he likes to pass the ball, and he can be productive without the ball in his hands by getting offensive rebounds and such. Truthfully, I wouldn't mind seeing Tyreke at SF.... but thats not happening obviously now that Salmons is there. Unless another trade goes through of course
