it did crash, but in 1907 thier was a panick just like the one today. Where all hell broke loose and "Some one" stepped in to stop it.

@slickchick9500 It did though, the panic of 1907 was when the market dropped dramatically, It was cause by the trust companies trying to corner the copper market. Prices of copper dropped and many banks and trusts that were involved lost alot.

are you kidding? the 1907 crash was caused by panic and uncertainty, not fundamentals. This crash is being caused by fundamentals. I wouldn't be surprised if the DOW went under 5k shortly. Btw, try reviewing some of Guy Adami's calls before posting his monumental call. Long HD and DELL all the way down, long FCX, long POT, short gold and the list goes on.
