The same thing happened to me 18 months ago!!
An Irish voice is guiding You through to NOWHERE, and eventually, You get disconnected! What a rip-off !! They make money also, out of Your phone call !!
At the end of the day, they frighten the day lights out of us, via IDENTITY THEFT, etc, To build their data base, at our expense!
