Well a Canadian boy showed respect and love for Dixie Land and put this song out there for us, least we could do is show the same respect and love and not flip out because they changed a star to a maple leaf. I am from Dixie Land (Georgia) and have no problem with Canadians nor a maple leaf. Maybe i am biased because i married a Canadian girl, or maybe i just have a good heart and proud that people from Canada love us southern folk so much they write songs about us and our land.
