If a child does not like the contract that a parent is entering into, then that kid can object, but ultimately it is the adult's decision. Also, it is not up to you to decide who can adopt. Adoption agencies should be free to set their own rules. Marriage does not even have to be a factor. Only an evil person would break up a family based on the genitalia of the guardians.

No one has the right to redefine marriage according to their sexual preference. If my daughter or son was gay, I would still not support changing the definition of marriage. There is no legal basis for changing it.
