The reason why this scene was deleted is because that Swan talked alot more than the scripters and director wanted.

You think Walter Hill deleted this scene because he wanted the Audience to see that Swan didn't really like Ajax? Or that maybe this would show that Swan being soft? I guess since this is a deleted scene, and in The comic book "Jailbreak", Swan shows that even though Ajax was a hot head, he's a Warrior, and that he did practically look out for Cowboy, and wasn't selfish in it for himself. But Ajax just wouldn't listen to reason. I'm glad they made the comic, to show that Ajax still lives!

I would have loved to have seen Ajax in the bathroom scene with The Punks. He would have punished a whole lot of them. Even the Baseball Furies are tougher than these roller skating idiots.

Yeah, the Punks were pretty cool. Not like the fuckin' Orphans. All talk, nothing more than just bullshit. I think back then every gang had their sort of look, from The Moonrunners to The Boppers and so on. With the punks it must've just been those farmer overalls and the roller skates. :)

But the colest one are the baseball furyes. NO ones cooler than them.

That's because Swan was the Warlord after Cleon was killed, and Swan's responsible for the entire crew. He wants to hold the shit tight and make sure everyone makes it back to Coney safely. Swan and Ajax never got along but they wore the same colours and they were both kick ass fighters.

rembrant heard the one of thelizzies said they the warriors shot cyrus when cochise, vermin and and rembrandt was in the house with the lizzies. Thats how swan found out when they regroup and rembrandt told him.

Sucks this scene is not in the director's cut. I never saw the original, only the cut and I never understood how Swan knew that Luther was the one that did it. Did he just make an assumption? For all we know, the Rogues might have just intended to get on the good side with the Riffs and never actually commited the murder. Basically, I think that the director's cut is incomplete and needs to include a few of these deleted scenes just to make sense of everything.
