well they have a slavery contract with SM, so hero, micky and Xiah decided to make a lawsuit, (they are engaged for 13years +2years for the military service, they only have 10 to 30% divided into 5, no free time, to much work....)The court is on the 3 boys side, but Yunho and max are on SM's side.

So now, max and yunho don't speak with the 3 other, but we don't really know what's goin on...Are max and yunho under pression by SM? Anyway, there are rumors of disbanding, we are waiting for the court final decision, and then, dbsk's final decision...They can't work under SM, but they can work in japan under Avex. That's why there is a new single "break out".

@mariehairy Actually we don't know for sure who side Max and Uknow are on sense they have not said anything about it personally. All that we know is that ALL FIVE of them went to the lawyer to see what they could do but since he said it couldn't help them at that time, Max and Uknow signed up for their dramas. By then it was too late for them to sue. Now since SM lost in court they have made it so that the members can not communicate with each other. However, negotiations are still going on.
