Ricks a cool dude plain and simple. I dont believe for a second that he sold anyone a boat and didnt follow through with his promises. You probably are one of these guys who buys without realizing the amount of work and cash it takes to maintain any speedboat. I've met Rick through a mutual friend qnd although I havent really hung around him long the few times I did I can tell you he is a great, down to earth guy, Especially rare considering the amount of cash he has.

I talked to a couple of the guys in the support boat for Aqua-Mania at the A-Bay poker run( 40 foot donzi with 3- 300 horse mercs)- not bad for a support boat! And they are saying that he will be king of the river-again- by next year. Money is a wonderful thing : )

@SkidooPro1 Rumor has it the reason he didnt show is because hes having a faster boat built which is supposed to be capable of over 200mph. The previous MyWay is for sale in Florida for $750 000. Very cheap for what your getting really. So he figured if hes not going to be the fastest boat there, he doesnt wanna be there at all. Egomaniac multimillionaires.

Unfortunately you can't hear turbine boats unless your standing next to one start up at the dock. Watching one from the beach you hear a gentle whoosh and from a helicopter forget about it.... so, we either put music to the videos or you just hear wind static... which do you prefer?

This boat is a local favorite way up north on the Canadien boder...just a few miles from our place. These guys take the boat up and down the St. Lawrence River in front of our dock. What a machine!! They time trialed at 206.3mph in a June Poker Run at Alexandria Bay. Just an amazing piece of design and technology.
