what about accomodation, travel, marriage certifand thecertificate and commissioner, rings, food, and the grooms apparel as well as the bridesmaids and bestmen? I dont understand how this can be a total wedding budget... ??

I have learned this from experience and various sources such as wedding planners, books, friends etc. It's of course important to note that not every wedding budget will not play out exactly as in the example. It is only meant to give you a rough idea of what to expect.
