@MrOseetah Sort of, but you can replace the battery. Also, make sure you ALWAYS charge it after it rests for about 10min after flying, and you DO NOT fly it till it can barely hover - you may run the battery down to the point of damage. I found that in my case it was not battery life but the altitude - hence I took it's canopy off; but it could be damaged blades or shafts too... hair in the gears... you should get good 5 minutes of flight every time.
