Why is she Puking Blood?!

Sorry it took so long to get back...lots happening in my life right now. However, she is not puking blood. It is a natural instinct of the mother to eat the afterbirth of the puppy. In the wild, this would supply her with the nutrition needed to nurse the puppies without having to leave the puppies alone to go out and find food.
