12.51 he is right didnt that happen to Hazarat Umar RA when the women saw him and got scared and she dropped her child but it was not his fault so they paid from the islamic fund as a collective community to compensate for her loss ?
Subhanallah.. now that I look back on my life it becomes clear that what I wanted at that particular time and did'nt get it.. turned out to be for very very good reasons. It comes down to patience and dua.... and ultimately if Allah deems it good for us then we'll get it..
@SmileyMiss2k9 Shirk is when you believe in God and then you believe that a creation of God had His abilites as well
Example: I have a pen which I believe gets me a A+ on every test I use it to write with
In this Scenario, me believing that a pen has the ability to grant me success is called Shirk because all success and failures come from God (Allah) alone.
Please reply if you have understood, or if you want to ask other questions or want a better example
@SmileyMiss2k9 Shirk literally means partnership, sharing or associating, but Islamically it refers to the act of assigning partners to Allaah in whatever form it may take.
Shirk is the greatest and hence the only unforgivable sin.
Honor the Prophet(s) Of Allah, Subanna Rabbil Ala!
Wonderful khutbar! This is what we, Moorish American Muslims, the Third Generation Law Moors, need to be listening to more often. Because, after 1978, in America, the Moorish Science Temple Of America, Inc. has been divinely Instructed toward Orthodox Islam by the semiotic decodification of the Literatures of the Moorish Science Temple of America by Timothy Dingle-El(may Allah be please with him).
@muhammadthejust We should all be striving to follow authentic sunnah and live our lives as best as we can according to Quran. We are "Muslims Only" We should not be joining any groups or sects. Each one of us will be accountable for our own actions to our creator, there will be no muslim group, association, organisation etc on the day of judgement. Its all about the individual and thier deeds. May Allah swt grant us ALL success in this life and the akhira. AMEEN!!

Shirk is to worship anything not worthy of worship, because only Allah is worthy of worship
