The morons at Sprint tech support could hardly string a sentence together, let alone help me. @Andeez28 I would suggest going through the steps but do it step by step as shown in the video and visualizing in your head on the selection...then when you hear it restart then the reset is complete. Hold volume down+power button, two hits of volume down button then click the volume up button once....listen for the boot screen to acknowledge that it rebooted then wait another 5 minutes then take out battery and your set. :-)

Eventually a way to flash my phone for Boost, and a way to get the battery to last longer.
