Much like this secret code this game had a TON of secret stuff in it. I know there was abunch of hidden artwork that I believe you had to do this same thing of inputing certain numbers in the sound test, and some of that artwork didn't even have to do with Sonic at all. Sega CD had alot of neat games and the thing that made it even better was I could take the game CD and play it in CD player and listen to the game music where ever I went.
