Sure Europe has some of the best bands out there, but to say that the U.S. doesn't is just ridiculous. It's rare, but there are some. Even though metal is primarily made by people with lighter skin, there are plenty of people of all races who are also capable of understanding and enjoying it. Not to mention, there are also Europeans who aren't white, so you've also failed at that attempt of an insult.

And lastly, rap is talking, shouting, and cussing. So "rap sing" would be a false term.
