These guys' "innovative" solution looks like a late-to-the-party, inefficient and unattractive copy of the EfstonScience ePole. With less moving parts, smaller footprint, silent turbine and only a single solar panel, the ePole is also completely self-powered (i.e. off-grid), and is up and running in several commercial and residential projects vs. one makeshift testing ground. One would hope CNN would do a bit more fact-checking before running a story like this.

soler panels cost to much.....i doubt that company is going to last long
