@molnark470 you can use many different types of oils, every one has an oil that will work best for them. you can try coconut, non-toasted sesame, olive oil, sunflower, ect.
A co-workers told me about oil pulling using sunflower oll. I thought that sounded gross so since I already use organic cold-pressed coconut oil for cooking and hand lotion, I decided to oil pull with it for healthier teeth. It was amazing. After a few days, I could see my teeth getting whiter slightly. It wasn't overnight and it wasn't dramatic, but it was a hell of a lot healither than those nasty dentral trays and whitening strips. I highly recommend it.
what about oil pushing? just joking!!! i started oil pulling about 4 days ago once a day, i might increase it to 2 times daily, and when i see some results that match some of the claims on this practice then i will share this with family, friends and coworkers, but for now its a secret, i have a special closet all picked out in my house to do it, i hope i dont get caught, but for now i am a happy closet swisher
@MonthuRa it will soon heal all angry heaty type boils n sores in the mouth.gum troubles also reduced.sesame oil mouth swishing before bed but after brushing also is superb habit for oral n head, ear, teeth, gum.jaw bone, health as a preventive.
@MonthuRa you should try ginger and turmeric (fresh and organic) it helped me a lot. We used coconut oil for everyday cooking. I also think oil pulling will help too because it helped me loosen and lessen my mucus that causes breathing problems.
@biggirlzneedlove2 Yep, just use food grade hydrogen peroxide and make sure to dilute it the first time so that it's not too harsh on your teeth and gums... I explain all of this along with many other at home teeth whitening treatments in the whitening teeth secrets e-course.
@kathic Hey, sorry... I forgot to add the link to the description but I just added it to the description... you can click to visit and get the coconut oil that I recommend.
