    Sirf banata hi nahi, shaukh se khaata bhi hoon. Tumhari zabaan se yeh lagta hai, ki tum bhi suvar khaate ho. Zabaan teri bilkul suvar jaisa hi hai. Aadat bhi vaisi hogi.

  • Loved the stuffing that you showed..not a big celery fan..is their something else I can use as a substitute?

  • @eateastIndian Thank you! Celery is easily substituted, or even omitted from this recipe. A stuffing should be about individual tastes. If you like fennel, it's a great substitute. Or just do without it altogether. Innovate and make this recipe your own.

    It's also good to see something different for thanksgiving although

    in Aus we don't really celebrate it. We've just started taking on Halloween, so

    that it may happen soon.

    BTW, did someone not sharpen the knife a lot? Just looked like it may have needed a bit of a touch-up.

  • @philbx1 Thanks Phil. This recipe is good for the holidays, and it is a hit at Xmas. As for the knife, yes... I do need to take it in for professional sharpening. Or maybe... Santa might get me a Boning knife for Xmas.
