more and more people would have free and easy access to drugs? that's bullshit, it's already easy to get any drugs you want, you just need to know one person who has the right connections.
I highly doubt drugs could ever be legal in a place like the UK. In order for freedom to work it has to exist. To be truly free YOU need to bear full weight of your choices. There is no doubt given Brittan's socialist track record that there would be some sort of Bill Of Rights for drug takers that would force healthcare cost on to the tax payer and force private employers to hire then care for them.
