Any firefighter will tell you safety comes first and they all are trained to use torches. I would say that what plays a bigger part is Physics, which is what the guy who started the conspiracy is acclaimed for. I can't say I believe the government orchestrated the whole thing, but I try to be fair to both sides and the conspiracy side does have enough credibility to warrant examination at least.
