  • @redreaper2020 This is a great machine to have some fun on... :-)

  • A beautiful example! Sounds like she's running like a swiss watch!

Hey sorry about the question, but would you mind revealing what type/viscosity of oil do you run in her? Thanks a million =)

  • Thanks for the nice comments.

She is running on 20 / 50 Mineral oil for classic engines at the moment...

Quite easy to get hold of....

  • that just look if it just come out of the factory.wow it sounds amazing.

  • Get the Tractor and Machinery magazine, comes out each month, in there is the name and address of a chap who lives in South Wales, he does spare parts. Hope this helps.

  • Yes, to answer your question - the driver DID restore it! He also didn't know he'd end up on you tube.... I hope you're enjoying your new 'toy'.

    Regards, Nat.

  • Hi Nat, just got back from yet another show, been driving around a huge field all weekend near Market Harborough with lots of other big Caterpillar's and other crawlers, working the land, I had the smallest. Great fun apart from leaking oil a bit mine ran all weekend and never missed a beat.

    Regards Paul.

  • thats a really nice tractor and it purrs like a kitten does it have a pto shaft and how much did you pay for yours?

  • Yes it has a PTO shaft, not answering the rest, my missus would then know :-))

  • This is the first Ive ever seen of one of these crawlers. I'm envieous. 5*

  • This particular one would have been made in 1950 give or take a bit, they were used in small Market Gardens. Various cultivating implements could be bolted to the toolbar on the rear of the tractor to work the soil. I must admit they do have a certain appeal... I'd never seen one before. Thanks for watching and rating Walter.

  • I Enjoyed That

  • Thank You!

  • did the driver restore it??

  • Honestly I don't know...

  • very instransting tractor, very rare! 5*

  • Thanks.

  • it runs good again after more 50 years :-)

  • Ah yes, that's because it is a simple engine with no modern computer chip to go wrong. This will last forever if looked after.

    Thanks for watching.
