Those Denver teams were more stacked with talent than the Cleveland teams were, but the fit of the players and the system in Cleveland was more effective than they were in Denver. I think that Carmelo is the better scorer (by a long shot), but I have to give the overall nod to James. Carmelo simply has to show me that he can play a complete game consistently.

@ksx1988 Melo played in the harder west and lebron played in the weaker east. And don't even bring up LBJ's 2nd appearance to the finals, he had Wade and Bosh! If Melo had gotten 2 good games out of Amare they would have beat Boston! You forget the Knicks had no help for Melo with Billups and Amare both injured in that series. MIA however wanted no part of a healthy Knicks team in the playoffs due to the matchups. If the Knicks get CP3 and I say if...I'd take the Knicks Big 3 over MIA's all day

@SpecialSuperstar (please read my other 2 comments first, if you haven't already) so i was curious about this myth about melo having the best mid-range game. And I found something very interesting.

Last year :

From 10-15 feet: MELO 37.9% and LBJ 44.7%

From 16-23 feet: MELO 43% and LBJ 45%

So tell me how carmelo anthony has the best mid-range game if lbj shoots a higher percentage? just sayin.....
