I didn't do it right. My dad was being a helicopter the whole time and he kept insisting that it was ready and it ended up with the consistency of icing and it was kind of grainy, and not like yogurt at all. But I had already added the chocolate and decided it didn't matter, because I'm freezing it.

You could make a caramel version by omitting the chocolate and substituting brown sugar for the white.

@sarahedwards2 Nestle has caramel in a can which works pretty good.
