This was not "Trinidad and Tobago" (wth?)..it was Nashville, Tennessee during May 2010 flood. This was shot from an officer's dash cam. They were blocking off the street from letting anyone drive through it.
@BeautflDisaster4 Hmm yeah it was in Trinidad and Tobago since it was uploaded before the Nashville floods and it was copied from others who posted the same video 2 years before Nashville flood. You fell victim to an internet rumor my friend.
Moral of this story:
Do not fight running water during floods.
