it depends on what you download. a lot of files can be stored with a virus. just be careful on what you download and dont download anything under 2mb

thissnowtastfunny ad-aware is a realy bad thing and almost inposable to remove however there is a simple and affective soultion buit it means loosing everything on your computer like documents and whatever you have downloaded when your computer starts press F8 repeatedly then go to system restore i am not completely sure al check 4 you anyway try it
