The opening is like the Australian version no different. I watch both videos on music show in Australia and Italy in 1988 it's not the USA version.

The American AUDIO CD version was different than the Australian version.....this is the AMERICAN VERSION. And if you can't tell the difference between the US version and the original Aussie version...you don't know your ass from a hole in the ground.

I knew the song "You're the Voice" but I never knew who sung it.

My friend came back today from work and randomly found this song and John Farnham. We became fans in one night! We are trying to find a lot of his work. This is great, it's so 80's. haha.

We are going to try and tell as many people as possible about him. I'm saddened that he is not big here. I am really enjoying the music I find. Especially his live performances!

@Shabudalz A quick lesson. Prior to 1980 he was "Johnny" Farnham. That era was NOT the same type of music. He was in the Little River Band from '83 to '85 - from 1986/87 he left LRB and became an enormous hit with the Whispering Jack album. Hit Ebay and buy the CDs from Whispering Jack on up.

The only LRB song I've heard has been "Playing to Win" as of now.

And we both got the "Whispering Jack" CD also. =)

We've been watching his live performances which are fantastic! He has a great voice.

I'm working on listening to his other stuff after "Whispering Jack" like the "Age of Reason" album and etc.
