  • After defeating Holyfield, you fight a guy named Dave Stevis 2 times for $3 million+ each time, then Holyfield wants a rematch or 2 for $4 mill+. I defeated Holyfield 2 times after getting the belt, and on the 4th or 5th fight with Holyfield I lost and then a few new fighters popped up with crazy strength and speed stats (more than full stats for the player character) and kept tko'ing me in 1st round. Yeah you're fucked if you lose to Holyfield. Your stats drop like mad after that.

  • ahh man brings back memories i created a bad ass cat on this game back then!

  • This game caused me to throw such a fit that I tried to break my sega genesis. As it turns out, that's not an easy thing to do. Your video fills me with joy and anger at the same time. I like seeing Holyfield get his smug face punched in but I'm pissed that it wasn't me doing it. For some reason he beat the tar out of me. I could mow through all the others but not him.

  • the AI hates 50/50 mixups

  • The ref looks like a waiter

  • Steinman lasted longer than Holyfield. chump.

  • i could win every game easily by always being a southpaw boxer, using the right jab to the body followed by hook or uppercut to the head, thats all u had to do lol

also there was a cheat where u named your fighter beast, and it would be a green man, with full speed power stamina and defense

  • For a while, I couldn't get by Hunk Hughes. I still hate that motherfucker.

  • I feared Holyfield for about a year. Went 10 rounds with him at one point; both our faces bloodly messes . . . then, of course, I figured out the weakness in the A.I.

  • As soon as you got them in the corner, it was all yours.

  • Well there's definitely a trick to this.. I just have to figure it out lol.

  • 8th Fight - R1 43 Seconds

    9th Fight - R1 43 Seconds

    10th Fight - R1 31 Seconds

    11th Fight - R1 40 Seconds

    12th Fight - R1 46 Seconds

WOW ONLY ONE GUY MANAGED TO COMPLETE A MINUTE FIGHTING WITH YOU

  • I think Amir Kahn fancies himself as a purple pain

  • Nice technique. I used to do that, reckon I could have ya :P

  • I used to be vicious with my opponents. I'd get their body and head all grayed before knocking them out.

  • this is def a classic still got it dont think it works though

  • I could never get passed Michael Lamb (3) i did find a cheat 4 the game. U create a boxer called The Beast and then just click on create the boxer will turn green and then when fighting an opponent when yr created boxer raises his arm and the camera moves round 2 go 2 yr opponent PAUSE the game making sure the 2 boxers are out of view then quit the game u will win the fight and have the 3 awards :) u can do this all the time until u get 2 where ever u want 2 be.

  • yea i discovered that code when i was playing it today

  • you can just paue it twice when your fighter is in view, your making it sound way more complicated than it is

also a comment on your no def? does that matter or no?

  • WHAT???????

  • I remember beast

  • This is one of the boxing games ever made.

  • played the fuck out of this game when I was a kid

    I still have the cartridge

I want to be buried with it when I die

  • if youre gonna make a guy, make his name "the beast" he'll be blue, and you wont lose, unless you suck lol

  • Moppin' the floor with those other guys!

  • hey i still have this game for the genesis im trying to make a game genie codes for player can fighter fast in the game and hit the cpu from anywhere.

  • Are you a code hacker, daminmancejin, or do you type in random letters/numbers? I'm just curious, because when I used to make NES Game Genie codes for fun, I would type in random letters and was sometimes lucky enough to come up with some really cool stuff.

  • on 4th and 5th slots i always put the right lettters in and slots 1 2 3 6 7 8 i just put random letter or numbers in and then i fix the code to make them better.

  • Okay, cool!

  • Yeah lol that close fight with Joe Steinman really motivated me to redeem myself, jcarrasco00. I overlooked that opponent and nearly paid the price! Deep down I felt like resetting the game and starting fresh, but instead I channeled my anger in a positive way and went on to put together some of the fastest victories ever seen. Good times!
